Esape to Amnity- Ch.4

I sat striaght up in my new bed, panting heavily. I looked around. It was morning. I searched through my memories, trying to find ut why I was so upset. Then, I remembered the dream I had last night. It was vague, but I slightly new the importants. A woman clad in purple was after me. I didn't know why I thought it, but I knew the dream was a warning. For what, that was still a mystery. I removed the blanket and got up, then headed for the closet; I didn't know why. Maybe it was a habbit. I opened it and there, hung properly, were gorgeous gown, all waiting for me. With wide eyes, I searched through them all. Lavender, baby blue, rose pink, all my favorite colors were there. I decided on a white and lavender dress that had gold strings running up the arms. 1

Once I dressed, I roamed the house some more. I found a stocked kitchen, a library filled with books and all sorts of things. This must belong to someone who was royal, I thought. But, what happened to them. I stayed at the house the whole day. Around noon, horse steps sounded. I looked out the window as my heart pounded faster and my eyes grew larger. Mounted to a black horse, was the woman in my dream. Her sword on her hip caught my eye. The scabbard was dark purple too. What got me the most was the black pomel that shone in the sunlight. It had a lightening bolt on it. 2

She calmly rode up to the stables behind the house and tied her horse there. Her gait was graceful, I noticed, as she walked up to the house. I quickly grabbed my sword, un seathed it, and hid. When she walked through the door, she untied her dark green cloak and placed it on a hanger. She looked around the house and strode closer to my hiding place. I could tell she didn't know I was here. When she got inches away from me, I quickly put my sword's tip at her throat. The minute I did, before she even got to react, we were both on the floor, wretched with pain. My right shoulder pulsed with pain. As I reached for it, she reached for her left shoulder. We glanced at eachother, then focused on our pain once more. When it disapated, I lifted my sleeve to observe what caused the pain. She did the same with her left. Where the pain was inflicted, a heart, half colored dark purple, the other light blue, was there. On the woman's shoulder, she had a lightening bolt, the same color. 3

"So, it's you," she said looking at me.4

"What do you mean?" I replied. I was lost beyond belief.5

"Amy..."6

"Eli..." I felt like I knew her, all my life. But she was a complete stranger! I only saw here once, in the dream I had last night. "Who are you?" 7

"Who are you?! What are you doing in my house?!"8

"This is your house?" 9

"Yes! Why do you think no one owns it? It's fully supplied and everything!" Those deadly eyes were there again.10

"Well how was I supposed to know? No one was here!"11

"Get out."12

"What?"13

"GET OUT! I know what you're doing here and what you'll do, get out!" She got up and came at me with her sword. I side stepped out of the way before she hit me. I brought my sword down on her back, but she blocked the silver blade with a loud clang. The pieces of metal were locked and we kept pushing on them with all our might. Having enough of it, I grabbed her wrist and twisted it behind her. 14

"What do you think you're doing?" I quietly purred in her ear. "This was a huge mistake." I shoved her to the ground and brought my sword to her neck as fast as I could.
