..................Rain Whispering........

Have you ever sat by a window, inside warm, nose pressed firmly at the pane.1

You just daydream and feel that special, safe feeling, listening.2

Ah to just follow with your eyes the rivulets cris crossing the outside3

Like little drops of desperate creatures trying so hard to come in.4

But they can't..and that makes you feel..secure.5

Shhhh! can you hear it...that patter patter patter..almost orchestral.6

Nature is conducting a new piece called "The Fury"7

The Winds play high, howling and wining, screaming to exist and perform8

Thunder hold the base and trembles even the earth it comes from.9

Billowing clouds rush to and fro, changing white to black, performance exceptionale.10

O how the heart rings to the fury and rage of the storm 11

And how it weeps with the power and flow of the rain.12

For rain is the Violin and its strings glisten on my window..13

I shiver.....14

I am here rain watching you, loving you, you perform just for me..15

Soooo soothing, this...loved it. Rain and rainstorms are some of the most wonderful things on earth and your perspective here is lovely. Thanks for the great read. Peace, Rhonda

This is kinda cute, it also reminds me of being a child. Ah youth, where has it gone? Anyhoo, I loved all of it and the way you connected rain with music. Rain has always been such a soothing lullaby for me. It creates the tempo for life. Nicely done.

I love this. It brings back memories of when I was little... A night time storm after swimming all day, and another time when I was little I woke up to a storm, it was so awesome though, just the way the rain fell to the puddles and how it slid down my window...
    Great job!
