Dream

When he asked me, "Come and walk" I didn't have a clue,1

I hadn't any small idea, of what he was going to do,2

I stepped outside with this stranger, and he took my hand and smiled,3

I looked into his auburn eyes, they sparkled and shone, they were wild,4

I took a step and the ground did shiver, it moved and became transparent,5

I looked at him and he did say, "You have a spirit, I'll warrant."6

He sqeezed my hand and looked around, "Its time we left this place." 7

And he jumped in the air and pulled me up with him, a look of pleasure on his face.8

We flew over tree tops and roofs everywhere, and never did hit one little thing,9

And after about 30 minutes or so, I felt that my phone gave a ring,10

I pulled it out, as he pulled me along and flipped it open quite fast,11

"Elena!Where are you?" My mother did cry, and in undertones said, "Oh at last."12

"You come home this instant!" She said with great anger, "Or I will come get you myself!13

But the man took my phone and dropped it down far, and said, "You'll get left on the shelf."14

I soon became drowsy, and needed my rest, so he held me as we kept on flying,15

and a day or so later, I woke up alone, and heard singing and a baby crying.16

I looked aroung puzzled, and found out right then, that I was in a big huge jet,17

A very cute baby, that I think was a girl came over and she looked quite wet,18

I picked up the child, and I sat her down, and she gurgled and smiled some at me,19

Then a woman came in and told me, "Set her down!" I did and she said, "Let her be."20

I suddenly felt that the jet was descending, so I hung onto the couch I was on,21

Then I heard the mans voice saying to the woman, "Go get her, we have to be gone."22

And the woman came over and ushered me towards, the man who was in a big chair,23

"We have to be going." He said with a smile, I was confused so I asked, "But to where?"24

"Where?" He did mock me, and said with a laugh, "Why to your home my dear child, of course!"25

"But I thought.." I said blindly, and he put up hand, "Do not wish, it will make it much worse."26

So we flew home again, to the red boarded house, and he set me down on the path,27

He said, "You should eat some,"and then he just smiled, "and maybe you should take a bath."28

"But when will I see you again?" I did wimper and put my hands up on his face,29

"Well never!" He said, and he frowned at the thought, "I am not of your human race."30

"For I just did come, and spice up your night, with images, all odd and new,31

and now I'll go back, to my land far away, where the sky is a much brighter blue."32

And then he looked at me, with those wild auburn eyes, and I think that I saw a gleam,33

"For of course you must know," He did tell me with glee, "That I dear, am only, a dream."34

Dreams are Better When They're Wierd

Good depiction of surrelialistic images that occur in dreams. I almost feel if I read it again I will surely find a theme.
Dreams can be so disconcerting, make us doubt our waking hours. You said it perfectly. It was only just a dream.
