Rain

Rain is a beautiful thing. I love the way it smells, the way it feels as it lands on your tongue, even the way it tastes.1

Rain is my favorite weather.2

With rain, there is often gray clouds. These feel calming to me as it is a gray that seems to say,3

"Oh everything's fine! The sun is away, but it'll be okay!"4

Rain brings lightning. 5

I like lightning. Lightning is fun to watch. But, even though I think it looks cool, I'd rather not be struck by lightning. Go figure .6

Rain brings water. Water goes on the ground. It evaporates, then more rain! Yay!7

That is why I like rain.

    I can tell you like rain! The saying in the middle is one of the best on weather. The downside of this is that it's not really a story, but then again my prompt was kinda vague. But still, the feelings you have for rain are clear.
