Hey, I remember reading this-these fellows have been marching for such a longggggg time-you go guys, let's hear it "Sound off, 1,2 round off 3,4 and you fellows can have a seat on the floor so you don't have to march anymore!"

Dear Sam,
This makes me think of the "WEEEEE want our MOLENBERG.." advert on TV where the woman is jogging in front singing the refrain while the men, stumbling behind, echo the chorus lines.
But your rhyming and rhythm are infinitely better. I could easily march to this poem (if it weren't for my crook left leg.) Anyway, I can sit in my computer chair and mentally go "LEFT,Right,Left,Right,Left etc." and applaud at the end.
