A Time To Act

Julie had been with Victor, the vampire, now more than a year and a half. She had been born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. When she was eighteen she had moved to Los Angeles to attend school. A pre-law student, her major had been in political science. Dabbling in the occult, she had learned to believe in the spiritual realm before she had met Victor. Thus, she recognized him for what he was when she first seen him. Still she had been unable to resist him.2

There had been a strong sexual attraction between them, but in the beginning her fear played a major role in her decision to stay with him. At the beginning of their relationship, her only other choice would have been death. Victor would not have spared her. She and Victor had since come to love each other deeply. Devotion to him was her motivation now.3

Practicing white witchcraft when she met Victor, she had changed to quite the opposite over time as result of his influence on her. However, over time, she and Victor had become more merciful to their victims. Still it wasn't until the advent of Teressa that she and Victor had begun their true spiritual struggle. Victor had been so impressed with Teressa's conviction that he began questioning himself. As he began to change, this influenced Julie to begin to change as well.4

Although Victor did not fault himself for what he had done in the past, he realized he could improve. He was what he was, but he could move from there to the new person he wanted to become. Though he was not certain just what he wanted to become, he was sure that he must change.5

Over his lifetime he had killed thousands of women. There was no changing that. He would not hesitate to kill again if the situation warrented it. However, direct transfusions were proving to be successful and he had not killed in two months. His overwelming sexual appetite was satisfied by the women he possessed. As a result of his sexual drive, his women were also discovering in themselves a greater desire for sexual satisfaction. Julie was his companion and primary lover. Penny managed the household, but was a slave as were the others. Although Victor could now trust the other women, because they had come to love him deeply; they were required to stay at the ranch. This they did to protect Victor's identity. 6

During the 2200 years or so of his life, he had amassed very great wealth. He was a multibillionaire. He was earning in excess of a million dollars every four hours. He was beginning to put it to work for other reasons than just to make more money as he once had. However, everything he did seemed to make him more money. He could buy and sell almost anything. His holdings were in more than a thousand names and entities. He liked Branson and his little ranch, so Julie and he spent most of their time there.7

Julie had recently turned twenty-one. It was nearly spring. She was attending school again, taking only a couple of classes that interested her. She had no need of a degree or money, so her studies were only for her own enlightenment. Victor, a scholar all his life, focused on independent study. He was becoming very politically and civicly minded.8

Penny, Julie and Victor were together in bed in the master bedroom. Penny woke and as she stirred, Victor woke. "Afternoon," said Victor looking at the clock. It was about four.9

Penny smiled and wrapped her arms around him. She kissed him.10

There was a computer in each of the four bedrooms, and the den/library/office. There were phones in every room of the house but the closets. All the additional lines and computers had been installed recently. There were entertainment centers in each of the bedrooms, the den/library/office, living room, and the game room. It was easy to find things to occupy the time.11

The hair color of the women had been changed as well as their styles so the ranch hands would not recognize them from pictures in the media. Those were being shown with little or no frequency, now. It had been two months since the Sharon and Mona were abducted. 12

"How would you like to go to New York?" asked Victor of Penny.13

"Are you serious?" she answered excitedly.14

"I believe it is time that you got out for a bit."15

"I'd love it! I've never been there."16

Julie was awake now and asked, "Are we going to New York?"17

Victor didn't often travel. He had been so many places in his life, it was no longer a thrill to him.18

"Yes, I want to meet with the acting publisher of the New York Daily Times."19

"That's one of yours, isn't it?" Julie inquired.20

"Yes. We will go over for a week and see the shows and sites."21

Victor reached and hugged Julie. Julie asked, "Are you going to leave the others?"22

"Yes."23

"Are you sure that is wise?" she questioned.24

"What do you think?" returned Victor.25

"Yes, I believe they can be trusted."26

"I have decided to let them get back in touch with their families soon," offered Victor.27

"Really!" exclaimed Penny.28

"I've thought it over," said Victor. "Just explain to them that leaving was something you had to do and then you got a job working for me."29

"Do you think that will work," asked Julie.30

"Yes, I think the girls are loyal to me now."31

Penny kissed him again. Moving down on him she took his soft penis in her mouth and began sucking. She gently squeezed and massaged his balls. Following suit, Julie began kissing him. Victor caressed Julie's bosom and eagerly returned her kiss. As Victor began to harden, Penny began stroking his rod. Being double teamed like this, was more exciting for Victor. They knew how to please him and they were giving it their best. Penny would stroke hard and suck and ease up as she felt him grow tense and kept repeating this teasing him. Julie smothered him with her kisses. Finally, unable to hold his load longer, his semen splashed in Penny's mouth. She continued sucking, massaging and stroking until he became soft again. It was a tremendous experience for Victor, and perhaps the best he had.32

The girls, satisfied in getting Victor off, cuddled with him afterward until he was ready to get dressed.33

They took his private jet to New York the next day.34

The CEO of the New York Daily Times had never met Victor, but had been told through appropriate channels to expect him and had cleared his calendar for the day. He was an older man with a bit of a belly, average height, sixty years old, blues eyes and thinning gray hair. They met in his office.35

Penny's hair was blonde now and cut short. Julie's hair was lighter and her sky blue eyes were as direct as any man's. Victor introduced himself and the girls by name and said simply that they were his assistants.36

"I'm Rock Richardson, but I am sure you know that," he said being courteous. He was seated behind his desk, and three chairs had been provided for Victor and company. They were all seated.37

Victor, not one to waste time on pleasantries said, "According to my sources, there have been over 50,000 people killed or wounded in Iraq since Bush's folly. We had no right to invade and we did it without UN approval. This is imperialism at it's worst."38

"I wasn't aware the casualties were that high," stated Richardson. The girls were equally surprised. "Is that on our side and theirs."39

"Does it matter?" said Victor quite angry. "Aren't we supposed to be saving Iraqis, not killing them?"40

Richardson was silent.41

"There are also more than 250,000 military personel directly assigned to the conflict not to mention American and other foreign civilians," continued Victor.42

"What are you suggesting. You know we are restricted from releasing this information."43

"That is why I have come personally. I want you to publish those figures in tomorrow's paper. I assure you that those figures are minimal and the public must know," insisted Victor.44

"I could be fined and imprisoned."45

"Your golden parachute is to tender your resignation as you do it. It will not trace back to me, but I will see to it that you are well provided for," said Victor.46

"I'll do it," said Rock Richardson without hesitation. 47

The next day it was on the front page.48

Victor and the girls had a great time seeing the sights and going to the shows. Being wealthy, they were able to meet with many of the performers. It was a special thrill to the girls, although to Victor, people were just people. The girls were new to wealth and power. They were even more impressed with Victor.

  • i love. it though it saddens me that this is the end of the series

  • Okay, I've finally finished the Victor series; I say this with both joy and sadness. lol This chapter felt rather short, but it was still entertaining. It seems to me that Penny could give Julie a bit of competition in the future. It would be a good complication, but I like Julie so I'm not sure. Haha.

    • Yep!

This is as far as it goes of which I have posted. I've got another story that follows this called 'Privatization'. I've got a bunch that precede this. Victor begins the first four stories alone. He picks up Julie in the fifth story. Then she begins to do his bidding in the next story. After that, there's a section of six or seven stories called Sorority Girls. In it, Victor and Julie become very sadistic. After that there are several stories that are sort of tansitional. Then they move to Branson. Shortly after the move to Branson, Aspasia comes on the scene and before it's over, she comes into major conflict with Victor.

I think your right. I think it would be good to play up the jealousy angle.

The passivity in this prevents a reader from connecting with the characters. The narrative is too 'report'-style and though the vampire is somewhat unique, his fetish for women is rather cliched.

    Thank you for your entry.

      Hi Blondie!

I'm glad that you felt that Victor is unique. As you know, I suffer from passive writing. I'm trying to improve in this area.

      Thanks for reading and commenting.

      Andy.
