plight of the common man & enlightenment through the human spirit

so the philosphers have concurred that the plight of the common man will never end1

turns, curves, alleys, it never makes a dead end.2

dreading labor and dodging sleep, never time to even eat3

we are all slaves, we are all forced against our human will, i dont like what i am doing, and i hope you dont like what your doing either4

although i do not like where i am, i hope i will enjoy getting wherever i shall go5

where ill be ten years, i do not know-enlightened, dead to me, dead the world6

who knows but the void in time and space where i meet people and introduced to new settings to my epic will be the greatest7

no matter if she is with me, he is with me, or you are with me8

it will be worth the trip9

down the turns, curves, alleys, i do not care if the end has no end10

when i reach enlightenment i will stop in the middle of this road11

ya like it?
