“Yes I do know. And I want to become one of you guys as well.” I say calmly as Farrah pushes herself off of me, and Charlotte standing beside me gasps.2
“Are you sure?” Farrah yells at the top of her lungs.3
Kaylee doesn’t know it, but this Halloween will be the most terrifying, thrilling, exciting Halloween ever. Attending a carnival with her fiancé Mike and best friends Charlotte, Edward, and Cloey, one of her friends sneaks off to watch a vampire show and Kaylee follows her. She is brought into a bloodbash of vampire killings and attacks and a dangerous close call to losing her life. She is faced with a difficult choice, do what she wants: to become closer to the ones she loves and betray Edward or too lose the ones she loves but keep Edward’s trust forever. In the end, her choice will be life changing, altering, or even worse, ending.4

I like stories of vampires. The hardest part is to make a vampire story seems new when there are so many out there. I think your story is definitely part of an intro and doesn't seem to fit on a back cover. I wasn't drawn into wanting to read the story. Maybe if you didn't explain so much and make it so that the reader wants to know what happened to your character to make her have to make those kinds of choices. Thank you for entering and good luck.
