A Love so Young.

"Lizzie, I love you. I always will" 1

Those were the last words Lizzie's boyfriend ever told her.2

Lizzie and James were together for so long at such a young age, 11 years old, and inlove. Two years later, it's hard to believe nothing ever ended. Except a young girls life.3

It all started one evening, around 5:00. Lizzie and James were taking a walk along the pathway around the beach. Hand in hand, close together. Young love, how beautiful. 5

James walked her home that night, after watching the sun-set at Jason-Mills Park. They always watched the Sun-Set there, right in the middle of the beach. Jason left Lizzie at her door-step, and continued on his way home. 6

Now, James only lives about 3 houses down. So, Lizzie stood at the end of her drive-way and watched him walk home, just so that she knows he gets in the door safely.  She sees him turn in his drive-way, and out of no-where she hears a gun-shot. Not knowing where it came from. But she thinks it's coming from James' house. 7

Pulling out her Cell phone, she runs to his house, calling for the police. She walks over to his front door, only to find James, laying there. Dead, in a puddle of his own blood. She sees windows shattered. 8

Grabbing James by his arms, she picks him up and brings him away from the burning house. Screaming for help, she drags him up to her drive-way.9

Laying him on the grass. She's screaming for help. 10

"Somebody fucking call the police!" - "Get a fuckin ambulance out here for fuck sakes!" She cries out. 11

Laying her head down on his chest, holding him one last time. She takes off his shirt, to reveal the wound. Ripping up his shirt, she covers the hole with it, in hopes that the blood won't continue to pour. 12

As she kisses his cold, blue lips one last time, an Ambulance and police arrive. Her parents are running out of the house.13

As they try to pull Lizzie off James, she starts to scream, "somebody save him! He can't be dead, please just bring him to the hospital! I'll give him my blood! He can have all he wants, please just tell me he's not dead!!"14

While the doctors take James into the Ambulance, rushing him off to the hospital, Lizzie sees a car pulling into James' driveway.  It was his parents.15

They notice the blood on the front step, and the broken window. Then they hear Lizzie running down the street. 16

"Mr. And Mrs. Erickson!" She cries.17

"What is it Lizzie, why are you crying? Wha-what's wrong!?" Asks Mrs. Erickson.18

"It...It's James, please you have to go to the hospital. It's an emergency"19

As Mr.And Mrs. Erickson, jump in their Car, Lizzie takes off to her house and tells her parents to bring her to the hospital.20

Lizzie's parents jump into the car and drive at full speed to get to the hospital. Parking into the Emergency Zone, Lizzie dives out of the car and runs around the hospital. Finally spotting James' Parents in the hospital room, she walks in with tears streaming down her face.21

"Are you Elizabeth Marcell, by any chance?" Asks a doctor as he walks into the room.22

"Yes, I am" Lizzie replies.23

"Please come with me"24

As Lizzie follows the doctor out of the room, he opens his mouth as an attempt to talk. And then stopping, looking at Lizzie he says "Please, don't cry...We need you to keep James alive, all I'm asking is for some of your blood. We're going to transfer it into James, and there will be possible chances that he can be saved, we just need your co-operation"25

"Take all you need, as long as it saves James!" Lizzie tells the doctor has she wipes the tear stains off her cheek.26

Lizzie, and the doctor walk to another room, where there are two beds, and before the Doctor has a chance to tell Lizz to lay down, he sees her already in place.27

Back in James' Room, another Doctor is telling the adults that he has a chance, and is going to get blood.28

Mr. and Mrs. Erickson take everything out of James' pockets, and as they pull out his wallet, they see a receipt fall out. Looking at it, Mrs.Erickson gasps as she reads the receipt.29

"My goodness! Dear look at this" Mrs. Erickson cries silently, as she gives the receipt to her husband, searching his pockets for anything else.30

As Mr.Erickson reads the receipt, Mrs. Erickson finds a velvet box in his pocket, opening it. Only to discover a gold ring with Lizzie's Birthstone in it, reading the paper, she reads in her head "Happy 2 year anniversary Elizabeth Jennifer Marcell, I love you with all my heart and nothing will ever seperate us, love always James."   31

Tears slowly start to spread down her face, as she tucks the velvet box away, and grabs hold of James' hand never wanting to let go. 32

"I'm afraid we're going to have to take James into a different room to have the blood delivered to him, if you guys don't mind stepping into the waiting room. We will call you as soon as we're finished." The doctor tells them, as nurses take the bed and start to push it out the door.33

As the adults all step out and make their way to the waiting room, the nurses and the doctor set everything up for the Blood donating. Lizzie is already asleep, and has had the needle put into her to collect the blood.  The doctors start attatching another needle to James left arm, and right away, the blood drains out of the bag, into James. 34

The doctors pull the needle out of Lizzie, and as she wakes up. They hand her a glass of water and 2 painkillers, telling her to take them, and not to move. James' mother comes back in to put everything of James' back into his pockets. Then leaves immediately.35

Minutes pass by, as the blood slowly drains into James body.  Pulling the needle out, Lizzie grabs hold of James' hand, and holds it tight. She starts to pray.36

Half an hour goes by and they let Lizzie up to go to the washroom. Just as she comes out. She sits right beside James, and holds his hand close to her heart and whispers in his ear, "see, this is what I want your heart to do. I love you James, and I never want to let you go."37

As she pulls away from his ear, she sits in silence. And then, "I Love you too." 38

Lizzie's eyes are closed, and says quietly, "It's like you're back from the dead, I swear I just heard you tell me you loved me." 39

She feels a small wind, as she is kissed lightly on the forehead. Opening her eyes, she seems James. Laying there silently, with a smile on his face.40

"Thank you, Elizabeth. If it weren't for you, I never would have made it alive." He tells her, as Lizzie's face goes pink with surprise.41

As the adults walk into the hospital bedroom, they notice that James is Alive. Hugging and Kissing him, Lizzie leaves.42

"Where are you going?" James, questions her as she makes her way silently out the door to her parents.43

"I'm gonna leave you here for a bit with your family." She replies.44

As Lizzie hugs her parents, they tell her how much they love her, and how brave she was for what she has done to save her boyfriend. Lizzie smiles faintly, and says "I love him, it was worth it"45

She hears James call her and her parents back into the hospital room, and tells them all to sit down, except Lizzie...He tells her to come close to him, as he reaches into his pockets. "Close your eyes" he tells her, "and give me your right hand."  46

She holds out her hand, and closes her eyes. She feels something slide onto her finger, as James tells her to open her eyes. 47

Staring in awe, looking down at the ring. She smiles, watching James pick up the velvet box, as he reads aloud to everyone, so they can hear;48

"Happy 2 year anniversary Elizabeth Jennifer Marcell, I love you with all my heart and nothing will ever seperate us" 49

Tears fall down Lizzie's face as the doctor tells everyone, that her and James will have to stay over night. She leans over, and kisses James softly.50

"I Love you."51

I guess those weren't the last words. It's amazing at how one can love someone so much, they are willing to go to any level to keep them alive.54
