Samuel passed out. Seth paced around Samuel?s tiny body occasionally howling. The day came with Seth still tirelessly circling around Samuel. Samuel stirred. Seth licked his face and dragged his sleeve. ?Come on we need to leave.? Seth said. ?You can talk?? Samuel said staring at Seth unblinkingly. ?Yes! Now lets get out of here.? Seth ran into a wooded area and stood back. ?Now watch.? he said addressing Samuel and turning so they could see the open space.1

The four priests, three of which looked like they had major wounds, walked into the open area. The head priest addressed the others. ?I want thee to concentrate on sending me after the evil child. If thee concentrate hard enough I will materialize in the same area as she did.?2

The priests started to chant. Samuel tried hard to suppress his laughter after the third hour of chanting went by without any change.  Seth was becoming increasingly bord. He toyed with the idea of breaking the concentration of the four priests and reeking havoc on them. 3

After another Hour Seth let out a long low howl. At that moment, the head priest was gone. The rest ran for their lives. Samuel and Seth fell over laughing. ?So, did the Goodie Node give thee powers of speech?? Samuel asked Seth. ?If thou means the magic maker then ay, she did.? Seth answered. ?Art thou a magic maker as well?? ?Nay, good wolf. The Goodie Node gave me a book on it but I haven?t the skill to read.? ?I can read, and I can spell. But alas, I cannot write.? Samuel giggled uncontrollably while Seth demonstrated how impossible it is for him to write. Samuel took the book from his pocket and laid it on the ground. Seth read allowed to Samuel while Samuel followed along with his eyes and finger.4

When they were finished reading the book the two of them sat and ate a rabbit that Seth had caught. ?What dose thou think the head Priest will do to sweet Lady Lyde?? ?You mean the young magic maker?? ?yes.? ?She is very powerful. I would not worry about her. The priest is ravenous for power. If he kills Sweet Lyde, the power will manifest in himself. He knows this. He also knows that if she is allowed to live the church will fall under her influence.? ?what dose thou mean?? ?If the young magic maker lives to 16 she will inherit all the power of every witch. She will be able to use this power to expose the lies of the Christian church.?  Just then the wind blew the pages of the magic book. Both Samuel and Seth decided to read it again.5
