Normally silver slicing a wrist is cutting to get away from depression. It could also mean suicide. There are many other ranges of possibility though. Nice work!

Silver, hmm? A silver dagger? Is it a suicide, or an attack? I like this...it almost sounds like the silver is causing the screams. Now that's just chillingly creepy, that is.
