Peaceful pulsing melody,1

Betraying hidden travesty.2

Calm but violent,3

Joyous but virulent.4

Progressive and repetitive,5

Degenerative yet constructed.6

Melody that grows inside,7

While hiding emotion outside.8

Anger raging through strings,9

But still portraying passionate things.10

Lyrical bliss engulfs those who listen,11

Pounding music rejects those who chasten.12

Melody is a violent and beautiful art,13
