"Captains log, star date 135, our ship has been badly wounded in a battle against the Klingons, we are seeking aid from a local planet that is as yet unknown to the federation." Captain James Kirk paused thoughtfully. The planet before him was much like Earth in looks, blue oceans, green contenents, white poles, the only diffrence from space was the shape of the lands. "Lt. Ohura, try again to make contact with the planet." Cpt. Kirk more usggested than ordered. "Sir, I am getting a response now." Ohura offered. "On screen than."1
The face that came on screen looked like a young human, possibly in his twentys, with long hair, pale skin, and vulcan ears. "I am Captain Kirk of the starship Enterprise." Kirk stated in greeting. "Yes Capptain, we know who you are. We have been expecting you. I am Haking of the Jelicle family. If your people would kindly beam down to our planet we will begin repairs on your ship at once." Haking stated, his voice soft and almost musicle in tone. "Expecting us, how can this be?" Kirk asked loosing some of his composure to shock. "We are a people who know much about what is to come to pass. We apologise for the delay in answering your call, we were not sure on wich day you would arrive." Haking stated as if it should be obvious.2

Hey this sounds good. Want to place in in my star trek group? We would love to see how far it progresses. I know I would. We can offer suggestions on spelling, characateration, and even backgrounds. Anything like that. So far it is good. Some errors but interesting start. Sounds kind of like an episode of classic trek to me.
