Jagged lies that cut at you,1
Like a rusted razor blade,2
Torn flesh that pours out blood,3
As you watch your own life fade,4
Twisted lies you believe,5
Play over in your mind,6
Endless searching for something real,7
But the truth you'll never find,8
Acid tears that fall like rain, burning as they slide,9
Inflicting pain upon yourself,as your deepest thoughts you hide,10
Tainted faith,you don't believe,you always feel alone,11
Tangled love caught up in hate,12
Affection never shown,13
Your hearts gone black, your blood run cold,14
Renounce your faith,your soul you've sold,15
So tell me was it worth it?,16
For this price you've paid,17
The jagged lies still cut at you like a rusted razor blade!18

THis is really good. Perfect timing and rhyme... I'm a sucker for rhyme. It's so deep and comletely true

wow, you don't have a lot of comment either, or maybe just on this one. Which is surprising because this is actually a really good poem. I loved the dark imagery and undertones. The flow was excellent. I think I'm going to bookmark your page so I can make sure you get more comments
