One very strange day, there was this boy named Matthew. He had been playing all sorts of violent games. He had been a fan of the sword and shield of the 1
fallen king, but didn.t yet understand its powers. So outside he went looking for treasure. He was digging in the sandbar that ran along the side of his house2
when he came across a grave that said, "...R.I.P. OR ELSE..."! Right next to the grave was something Matthew really liked: The sword and shield of the fallen 3
king. He carelessly picked up the sword and then the tree of life turned black. All sorts of dark hideous creatures surrounded Matthew. Matt had no choice but4
to beat them with the sword. He sliced the dark "things" in half and watched as they all turned into light and colour. Matthew had forgotten one thing; whoever5
holds the sword and shield will be possesed until they pass it on! "Oh great. Now what is going to happen?" asked Matthew to himself. Matthews body started to turn6
a gloomy black. Once Matt was completley black, he was congradulated by the other black globs. With this disguise, Matthew could fool anyone, exept the dark lord7
himself. Matthews first target was the other black globs. With the sword in his hands, it didn't posses him, but actually gave him a magic boost! Without a care,8
Matthew swiped the globs in half and then ended up killing them all before the dark lord approached Matthew. Matthew's disguise started to fade away slowly.9
The dark lord started the fight by trying to hit Matt, but the hit got blocked by the shield. They were going on and on and on when Matthew remembered something10
from his favouite video game: 'The fallen king defeated the dark lord multiple times by throwing the sword at him, and then blocking all the emmiting dark light11
with his shield.' This is the tip Matthew needed! Matthew, with all his might, threw the sword of the fallen king and blocked all the flying darkness with the shield.12
He, Matthew, himself, defeated the dark lord. Matt watched as the dark lord turned into the tree of life. Matthew then carefully placed the sword and the shield back13
into place. Everything turned back to normal.14
Everytime Matthew played the game, "The fallen King II", he15
didn't just play, he remembered.

This story has a lot of potential, but it needs some revising. It could also use some transitions between events. The idea of usign somehtign he saw in a video game was very creative. Good job and thanks for entering.
