Differs

I have ten toes and ten fingers. I have two arms and two legs. I have two eyes, two ears, and one mouth. Yes, I am your average human being. 1

I have brown hair. Brown eyes. I am not tall, nor short. I wear what I want. Which is plain, white t-shirts and blue jeans. I stick to my schedule. Every day I live like this. Every day.2

But not today.3

Today, I have nine fingers and eight toes. Today I have three arms and one leg. I have one eye, five ears, and six and a half mouths.4

I have blue hair with purple spots today. I am 6'4.I have yellow eyes today. I am currently wearing yellow and black shorts, with an orange shirt. Do you know why I am different today? Do you know why?5

Because the Differs found me.6

They find a normal person. Like me. They find them and change them. No one knows how; no one knows why they do it. They just do.7

They look like a normal human themselves. But they are not normal. They are different. Code Name: Differs.8

Now I am one of them. Now I am a Differ too. Now I must hunt down normal people and make the different. Unique. Special.9

So, now that've warned you: don't be surprised if you wake up tomorrow and see that you have green hair. Six toes. Eyes are purple. Shut the window, close the doors and whatever you do:10

Do not be normal like I was.

Author notes

Hmmm.....are you different?

    This is wonderful...
You took a terrible beginning and made it silly, intersting, and fun.
    Kudos to you.

    Great idea

    Has endless possibilities.
Examples- one day the differs turn a nasty school bully into a defencless wimp who other bullies pick on.
-The differs turn a Nazi into a Jewish Rabbi.

There are so many things you can do with the differs. I'd get writing about them now!
