This is from my friend k8fairy, or Kate as I know her. She's actually on Storywrite's sister site, Allpoetry. I loved this quote of hers because it summed up writing so well and the various degrees of writing. Everyone's writing can be good, but it is the degree of emotion that we are capable of putting into it that can make it better or outstanding.
And I suppose that this fits under the category of 'Life' as it applies to many other things besides writing, you just have to think about it a little bit.

Sounds about right - 'emotion' one needs to be open, without any hang-ups to write real emotion.
