It's when it rains and the sun is shining...I love it when it happens because there's usually a rainbow around and I love the word because it sounds like being showered in sun, which I wouldn't mind. (: (Some people use it as slang for when someone is crying and smiling at the same time.)

    Okay, yeah, admittedly, I didn't know this existed...even though Canada has weird weather like this ALL the time. XD

    I like that it portrays that rain isn't all gloom/misery blah, ya know? Too much dark stuff happens in rain, pity cause I love it!
