Run.1
She ran. She ran because she couldn’t think. She ran because no one would listen. 2
Running away from the world she thought she had been apart of and the world she had 3
been oppressing. Into the dream of no worries, was how she ran in her sleep. But in life 4
she ran to keep herself from hurting others. She ran to keep other’s from hurting her. To 5
keep her from hurting herself.. Soul. But running never helps. She grabbed the chance to 6
run away but it slipped at the last minute. The blasted bottle of pine sole was always 7
hanging around. It never let her forget her past and it never will. So she ran. Her Mind 8
runs with the possibilities.9
Possibility of stopping the tape recorder in her mind. It is on repeat. The tape in her mind 10
is on repeat. The tape in her mind is on repeat. And she can’t seem to shut it off. Her 11
mind is clouded with the thought that “IT” will catch up with her. She can’t imagine her 12
world if “IT” were to happed. Her life is over. Never to be awakened. She Runs.13

This was after my friend Jay killed himself. I gave up trak=ck and constantly dreamed of him killing himself and i wondered how he felt. So this is dedicated to him and anyone whos contmeplated or committed suicide

Your story is good. Is she running away from home or from reality, descending into madness? -

well, after my friend died I went into a spell of depression ( i.e. the poems about me) and I wasn't really sure of what reality was. I I'd say the latter two definitely. When I said "world" i was talking about the world of our group, posse per say, and I just couldn't stand the falseness they presented anymore because I felt that it was because of them that he killed himself.
