He walked awkwardly across the cracked pavement in his strappy shoes, throwing himself on his knees when - all of a sudden - the hospital exploded into an orange, brilliant halo of smoldering flames. A shower of twisted metal, glass shards, and pieces of charred brick was all that was left of the massive building which, to his disappointment, was free of innocent civilians. Picking himself up again, the maniacal clown yanked at the stethoscope around his neck and threw it on the ground, breathing in the sweet, acrid smell of smoke and burning metal. Just the feel of the fire's heat gave Joker a thrill, reminding him of the time his father bought him a switchblade when he turned fifteen. Funny, but Joker never thought he'd actually USE the damn thing until, that one horrendous day, the old bastard grabbed the kitchen knife from the sink and stabbed his mother until she let out a hideous, bloodcurdling death moan. Shivering inwardly, Joker reached into the padded front of his nurse's uniform and retrieved the small, extremely sharp knife, recalling the feel of its icy blade against his own damp flesh.1
Climbing aboard the beat-up school bus, he hastily wiped the ruby lipstick from his full lips, bristling in annoyance when his henchmen laughed hysterically at the sight of their boss in high heels, a carrot red wig, and a tight white nurse's uniform that accentuated his hard, bulging biceps that made him look all the more menacing. His make-up was smeared all over his face, as if a little kid had finger-painted him, and there were splatters of blood all over the crisp white fabric of the uniform. 2
"What a nice, tight ass", one of the thugs cackled, pulling off his dopey clown mask to leer at Joker. "Bloody hell, don't you just look good enough to eat! Can I come by during business hours, baby?"3
"Shut up!" Joker snapped, throwing the wig at him with a sneer. 4

Even though this seems like it's not done... I really enjoyed it. The hospital scene was one of my top favorite three scenes from the entire movie.
That being said, I loved all the detail you put into it, giving your take on what happened. Even though I wanted you to take the Joker and write him in a scene that wasn't in the movie. But I really did like it though.

this is soooo descriptive, i did'nt realize it was about the joker until you wrote his name cuz i was too busy visualizing a halo of flames, this is sick nasty by the way><
