While saving the whales and the seals, an amazing discovery was made.1
Mermaids were also found trapped beneath the frozen water. They shiver and the water ripples. Their skin is already blue and their blood is turning too. They can see the maid's faces almost human or they used to be. The eyes are pleading for life. Their almost still faces screwed up in chilling pain, their organs shutting down. So unfamiliar were the rescuers with lives so like their own, they chose to save the whale first then the seals and if they had time they'd try to help the mermaids. The whale was put into safer waters and the seals made it to freedom. In the cheers of the onlookers, the last song of the mermaids were lost into too deep waters. The rescuers were happy and satisfied with their good deed. 2

Some of my work comes from misunderstandings...it's kinda funny but i often mishear phrases or lyrics and a poem is born...oh yeah, I diddn't have a tv from ages, 5 to 15; and then no cable so I found lots of creative musing to keep my occupied.
