on love, including what it means and how to show it.2
I learned this, early in life; some things 3
people did to show love, were silly, to me.4
Giving rings, candy and flowers were nice, but5
if they bought them, it didn't seem to mean as6
much. A simple hand picked bouquet, even dandilions,7
meant more to me than a dozen expensive roses. So8
when I was looking for someone to share love, I wanted9
it simple...from the heart...not store bought.10
From the first time I saw you, I knew,11
you could show me what I wanted to see.12
I knew, you could make me feel the way13
I wanted to feel. I knew you were the one14
I wanted to give and recieve my total love15

Now, all these many years later, a smile17
