Dr.Leng Ch.1

"So what your saying is that this unapproved method MIGHT help work?" Dr.Mensa said, strolling at a brisk pace to keep up with the younger doctor.
"What you and the board fail to see is that the old methods are ineffective, outdated and simpleminded." Said the younger doctor.Stopping at a large steel door that looked like it would have been at home in a 1920's prison instead of a modern day research lab.
Slipping a small white card from one of the pockets in his coat the younger doctor inserted it into a reader at the side of the door.
An artificial voice rang out to greet them from an unseen speaker. "Welcome Dr.Leng". The door slid open on hidden mechanisms and opened into a large white laboratory furnished with machines that Dr.Mensa had trouble identifying.
"what is all of this?" Dr.Mensa eyed Leng questioningly.
"This is my lab, and if you will accompany me i will show you a tidbit of what were trying to do here."
suddenly Mensa felt two men take firm grips on both arms and was led, struggling to a chair not unlike one at a dentists office.
"What is this!" Dr.Mensa screamed as he was strapped down into the chair.
"This" Leng said in a smooth voice." Is the operation that has made the board so nervous, and i wanted to show it to their lackey first hand."
Dr.Leng proceeded to the instrument panel and manipulated it, Mensa's world blinked into oblivion
