Have you ever been in love? The first love is always the greatest. It means even more if you realize that it's your true love, the one that you're meant to be with.4
I've been in love before, but nothing has ever compared to my first and only true love. The feelings that I've felt in my heart and stomach are ecstatic. I've never been happier.5
Being in LOVE for the first time brought on things that I've never realized before. It suddenly hit me that he cares about me, and that has made me a better, sweet person. With him came along my future. I've never actually sat down and thought out my future, until I realized he is going to be in mine, at least that's how we want it to happen.6
My first true love gave me some thing to wake up to, gave me something to be happy about. He would say sweet things, and he helped me overcome my depression as best as I could. For the first time, I had someone on my side, someone I knew I could trust. I've had some trust issues in the past, but he knocked down the barrier that I've put up around myself.7
My first true love is my inspiration for everything I do, even for living. I try to live life to the fullest, and express the feelings I feel towards him in my poetry. He is my inspiration for expressing my heart on paper. 8
For three years, and counting,I get to experience the feeling of True Love all over again. Through all the hardships and struggles with ourselves and as a couple, it never seizes to get old, or dull. Everyday of every year is another time to experience this wonderful feeling that I have never felt before, until now.9

In school today we had to write an essay or something about our "first" anything. So I decided to write it about my first TRUE love, and that is Joe.. I think it to be. He was on my mind the entire time while writing this, I even had a smile on my face. He is so extreamly perfect.. and that's an understatment. He's everything anyone could ask for.. I hope my dreams come true and we can be together later, forever I <3 You Joe, so much. I always will,and I'm glad you feel the same way...

Awww, this is was such a sweet memory. You captured love in so many forms. I liked hwo you said now you had something to wake up to, that's what I imaganed love to be like even though I've never been in love. Aww this is so cute! I know how you feel about the first love thing, but I think that the more you love, the stronger it gets... but this was a really good write, and it made me think of my boyfriend, and how much I care for him. I think I may go call him now.

This is lovely. Really true, you've pin-pointed all of the best things about being in love. I adore the part you wrote about your True Love giving you something to wake up for in the morning, it's exactly how I felt with my first love. Love is about closeness, giving someone the power to break your heart and trusting them not to... at least it is for me lol! Anyway, great write, take care!
