Clarence the Dragon1

He couldn't keep up3
with the extra large guys.4
He would run after them5
but time after time,6
He would end up;7
the last one in line.8
He tried to play baseball,9
but didn't do well.10
He tried to ride a bike,11
but on his head he fell.12
He tried all the races,13
but wasn't very fast.14
He soon got tired of15
coming in last.16
Clarence was ready,17
to give up and cry.18
When along came his momma 19
with something to try.20
Tomorrow, a contest!21
and I've entered you!22
Cause if there is one 23
thing I know you can do:24
It's beat all the others 25
No matter what size.26
Clarence, dear son,27
you could win the first prize!28
Clarence was ready,29
the next day at dawn.30
He and momma31
had their finest clothes on.32

I love Dragons too!! Especially Clarence...he has been with me since high school!! lol...one of my favorite charaters...don't expect to win anything since it's more a poem...just wanted to share him with you!

It is actually a coloring book...my ex DIL is ill. it for me...I have a lot of Clarence poems...I made him up in High School english
about 30 some years ago!!!
