Words

I hold her. 1

Her breath is soft and warm. 2

Her lips red and luscious like roses after a rain. 3

She smiles at me as she holds my hand and looks at me with her watery blue eyes. 4

Her hair blows like a phoenix rising from the ashes.5

She leaves today and I cannot find the words to say goodbye.6

Faintly I can hear her breathe slow and thoughtfully.7

I cannot find the words. 8

Softly I kiss her hands. 9

They are small and delicate, Fragile to the touch. 10

All is still. 11

For a moment, all is right.12

    that was passionate, beautiful, sweet and romantic....it has a touch of sad, but the sweet covers it up =)

    Awe, I think if you were to read her this poem, it would say enough within the lines. XD I thought this poem had a touch of sadness, passion, and as well as cuteness! I enjoyed reading it. It was very well written. Keep up the good work!
