The blistering desert sun had been scorching my flesh for the last five hours. When the pain finally started to take its toll on my body I thought it best to set up camp. As I was setting up my tent, I suddenly felt something burn the side of my leg. Perplexed by the pain, I jumped to my feet. It was the orb! I took Sylo's orb out of my pocket for a closer look. How strange......it felt cool in my hand, yet it seared my leg. I had never seen such a thing being sold at the market. Surely in was too dangerous to sell to children. Where then did Sylo find this queer object?2
Just then my thoughts were interrupted by a thunderous noise. It sounded like twenty cannons being fired at once. The earth began to shake underneath my feet and the ground exploded sending me air born. It was at that moment that I saw the most horrendous creature that I have ever laid eyes upon. It appeared to be a twenty five foot sand serpent.....though very common in this part of the desert...I had never encountered one face to face before.3
Its eyes looked like two black pools of blood and as it unhinged it's jaw, I saw teeth that were sharper than the sharpest razor blade. The serpent's skin was almost iridescent and covered in a metallic ooze. I began to tremble with an indescribable fear. This was it.....I was soon to be a dead man..........4

Again, an amazing and gripping story with plenty of imagination and clever. This was just awesome and girl you have such a way with words that just makes the story that much more interesting. I loved, thanks again for sharing and keep on writing.
