"Severus, have you forgotten me after all these years?" Severus looked back down at the papers on his desk, not wanting to look at the love of his life, standing in front of him.1
"Don't toy with me, look at me." She said walking forward, her robes billowing out behind her. Severus tried to keep his face calm, though his heart was falling weak at the sight of her. Her beautiful red hair was as long as ever, and her green eyes were glowing bright.2
"Listen, Guenivive, I don't have time,"3
"You've never had the time Severus, make time." Severus stood with a sigh and walked around his desk. Guenivive had her arms crossed defensively on her chest, and her face was lifted enough to look into Severus' eyes. He kept the same bored expression on his face, though he wasn't so sure how long he could keep it that way.4
"So tell me, Severus, do you remember the good old days?"5
"That was years ago..."6
"Was it?" She interruped suddenly. "There hasn't been a day, Severus, that I haven't thought about you, about what we were, what we had."7
She looked away, and a tear fell from her eye. Severus was abashed at such a show of love. Never had he seen Guenivive cry, much less for him.8
"When the Dark Lord came, I knew you were gone, even before you had told me. But now that he is gone, I want you back. And," She said looking back at Severus. "I think you want me too." He couldn't take it any longer. Grabbing Guenivive in his arms, he hugged her, something he had not done for years. He was immediatly ingulfed her smell, and for the first time in years he felt complete. Guenivive looked up at him, and he started to bend to her level. Suddenly the door of the dungeon flew open and flocks of kids came in, just in time to to see the two professors embracing each other. Stopping dead in their tracks they watched as the two burst apart from each other.9
"We shall, practice that spell tonight." Severus said, getting his old tone and look back. Guenivive smiled and nodded.10
"Yes I think that is best." She said as she left the class room. For a few moments the kids just stood in disbelieve.11
"Sit down, or your all losing house points." Snape snarled, quelling any doupt in the students mind that someone might be trying to impersonate their rude professor.12
