Morning comes and though food should
pass my lips to start the day,1
I just get started
with all I have planned.2
Morning snacks, what are they,
something I can easy pass on.3
Lunch time comes around,
thoughts of food just makes me sick.4
So, I tell myself,
I will eat later.5
Afternoon snacks, not for me,
why spoil dinner ... right?6
By dinner I feel like just
something to drink ... like milk
or juice will be all I need. 7
Not really hungry anyways.8

No, this is what happens most days,
till the hunger makes itself known,
then I will eat..
at least one meal that day.10

I've wondered about this too. Its always funny when people look at me they see someone that looks like they eat ALL the time but actually most of the time I have to force myself to eat 2 or 3 meals a day. I am just rarely hungry, but after talking to a dr about it I feel better. He said if your not hungry don't eat and all will be fine.

I do the same thing. I dont think i look like i have an eating disorder...its like i feel hungry but i can't eat even if i tried....until some point where i know i need to eat and i feel like my body allows me to. Sometimes i'm just really busy at work and really stressed and i feel like i just can't at the moment. I like this. You really captured the emotions well with your choice of words.

Eat something at least three times a day. !! comprendre ?
It's not healthy to skip and you don't have to eat alot. Whether you believe you are fine or not...food is fuel. Eat something.
