Celeste 2

Celeste dropped the metal armour, and grinned at the scattered mortals that lay around the floor. She had managed to put on the clothes successfully, although her black socks were inside out. She started to walk to the entrance of the alley, the shoes making her trip every so often. Her eyes sparked with a dark red shade, as she kicked off the shoes forcefully, "Curses." She clenched her fists, then continued her journey. 1

Glancing around her she noticed the puddles of water on the floor, the sky was getting colder and everything was becoming quiet. Darkness soon began to sweep over the town and Celeste found her self walking down a long public street. On each side of her were terraced houses, all of the lights were out. A ginger cat ran out across the street, Celeste jumped to grab it, but it quickly escaped down a thin alley way. 2

"I must find a place to rest. Soon the sun will begin to rise." 3

If you hadnt already figured it out. Celeste was a vampire. And any being, mortal, God, Animal, knows that Vampires can not face natural light. Therefore, Celeste would have a very hard time mixing in with the other humans.4
