Ah pokemon. Wasnt it common through out the years 1992 and 2001? very much i belive. I had a love for Misty and pikachu. I remember those first episodes where i would watch it on its scheadualed new episode time. Man, was i obsessed! For christmas one year my parents bout me a pikachu pillow. It was the best thing that the planet could possibly have made. I took that thing everywhere rather it ment 5 minute car trips to trips to las vegas for the weekend. I was in love with it. Everytime the show would come on i would sit pikachu by me and try to impress him with my singing skills. I would sing the theeme song to him and dance around the livingroom acting as if i were throwing pokeballs. I believe i was 7.1
Then there was my friends. Brittany and Kyla were there names. Id go to there house constantly and we would play the pokemon game. It was on a playstation of some sort and i remember one game in particular. It was diglet i belive..?? yes diglet. we would have to do something with diglit like a tunnel game. boy i loved it. Then there was another creature. i forget his name but he looked like an ant eater and it was a digging game. we would have to dig a whole as fast as we could. We would play it all 3 of us at once. I would always win and my older friend would get mad. it was super fun and i miss it even now.2
I still ahve my pokemon cards. I never really colected them but would stumble upon them every now and then and would ask if i co9uld have some. I remmeber the little action figures. I always wanted, needed one when my parentscouldnt afford it. But when they could as in birthdays or christmas i forgot about them and asked for somethign else. What a dork i was.3
Then there is me now. Im 14 and im a freshman, i am NOT ashamed to say i still watch pokemon and im in love with it now more than ever. The main reason is because the new girl charactor's name is Dawn...my anme is dawn too *smile* . I love team rockets new evil crimes and there glorious disguses. And even now when i watch my oold pokemon movie i still cry when ash tells pikachu to just leave. What can i say, im a sucker for a good pokemon movie.

I remember Pokemon, defenitely. I was about seven when the first wave hit. I remember sitting in lunch and trading cards with friends, or rather watching friends trade cards since I never bought/got any of my own(mostly my choice).
This was fun to read. It's always fun to look back. God Bless! -
Haha! Awesome! Yep, I watched Pokemon too, and had the cards. I love the story about the pillow! That's so fun! lol.
I'm still a dork for my obsessions, too, so don't worry about it. :]
Thank you for entering! -
