Scott Kendrick- Scott is one of the inmates Elisabeth works with on Cell Block J. Scott is different from his fellow inmates in many ways. Unlike the others, Scott has been setenced to death for killing an officer while high on drugs. Secondly, he has committed himself to changing his life, even though many say it is too late. Despite the adversity they face, he and Elisabeth have fallen in love in an unlikely romance.1
Keenyah Smithson- Keenyah is Elisabeth's "sister from another mother". Almost inseperable, the two work together on Cell Block A. Recently, an event has occured with Keenyah that could change Elisabeth's life forever.2
Danny Lundgren- Danny is another corrections officer at the PCF. Danny has always been looking out for Elisabeth since she came on the job, and even has a secret crush on her though he wouldn't admit it if you asked him. Danny's character is about to become more prominent as the series continues.3
Randall Lyons, Sr.- Randall is Elisabeth's father and former warden of the Plains Correctional Facility. Having served in criminal justice for most of his adult life, he knows the dangers that come with the territory. He refuses to acknowlege the relationship between his daughter and Scott, and this has caused a rift in the father-daughter relationship.
