Describe the character's appearance in a brief paragraph: He was a tall boy of seventeen with deep pools of blue eyes obscured by the brown hair that consistently fell into his eyes. He turned his head away in frustration, nothing seemed to be working out for him today. In a nervous gesture he ran long fingers through his long hair. With the gentle flick of the wrist a birthmark shaped like a star was visible on his wrist. His hair cascaded back down and the ghost of an old scar lying under his jaw bone on his pale skin shone for a quick moment in the light. Liam's hand fell back to his side, fingers moving in uncertainty. 12

Complications for Liam are that he is responsible for raising himself and his sister because their father has been working two jobs ever since their mother died. He wants the best for Allison and sometimes forgets about himself. 48

Liam's father is a kind single dad that tries to hard to provide for his kids that he doesn’t realize how much he's not helping them by always being gone. Liam knows his father tries and doesn't blame him too much. The men will get into arguments occasionally. 50

Allison is carefree and innocent, she doesn’t seem to fully grasp the situation of how she lives. Her brother was always there for her and she always expects him to be51
