What started you writing? As far back as I could remember I have always been drawn to writing. My parents tell me that as a toddler I would scribble on paper pretending that I was writing, and as soon as I could put words together at four or five I would fill notebooks with huge handwriting, making up little, badly spelled stories. I have notebooks stretching back from age five all the way up until today, at nearly age twenty.1
What is your main inspiration? Every day life, as well as the writing of others. I often see a scene involving a stranger, a picture of a person, or have something happen to me, and it sparks the beginning of an idea.2
Is there a routine you have in writing? Meaning time of day? Cups of coffee? I write usually in the morning around nine am, but I do it basically whenever I have time to throughout each day.3
What is your primary Genre? I have tried my hand at every genre, but mainly drama/suspense and horror.4
How do you plan your characters, meaning are they a small part of you? Something you saw in someone else? I generally make each character partly me, partly others I know, and partly characters that have impressed me from books or shows.5
What is your thought pattern on coming up with names for your characters? I make lists of names that I like or that I think would be good character names and refer to it when inventing new characters to see which names fit.6
Do you outline or just go with the flow and leave the proofing to later? I outline, but then as I write the flow comes naturally usually. I do proofread as I write though.7
Do you proof alone or allow someone else to assist in this?8
alone9
do you have a good luck charm? Not exactly, but I do have a little bendy doll that resembles one of my favorite characters I've created, Alex. I call her my writing muse.10

This was really nice, straight to the point, and honest. You did well with describing each answer and each section helped me learn more about you and your writing. Great job! I really enjoyed reading this...so thanks for entering my contest and good luck with your future!
