It Hurts When You Want Me

I woke up in unfamiliar territory, my senses blocked for a few moments. I then smelled it, the heavy stench of sweat on either me or whatever I was laying on. It didn't matter, because either way it made me want to puke. Right now, acid coating my throat wasn't the real problem. 1

Where the fuck was I?2

I grabbed my head as I was actually starting to grasp reality again, looking about the wood-designed room. Hadn't Ryan told me that Jacob had a design like this? I began questioning everything when I realized I had heard steps towards me. I jumped about about three feet away from the noise, landing on the floor. Super, more bruises to add to the list. Not like it mattered, since I was already fantasizing Jacob hovering over me and smirking. 3

I closed my eyes and groaned in pain though, and I realized my lungs still hurt. I had ran earlier, hadn't I? So that's why there was a resonating ache in my chest. I was covered in dry sweat, and I still felt sticky. I opened my eyes, just seconds after my imaginary Jacob scene, and there he was hovering over me, a frown on his face. "Are you alright?" He asked cautiously, afraid that I might hurt myself further and try to run again. 4

This suddenly made me mad. Why wasn't he shouting at me, telling me to get away from him and leave his house? Better yet, I was wondering why the hell I was in his house and not my boyfriend's. "Where's Ryan?" I asked, scared. It was frantic and I coughed afterwords. I nearly gagged, the stomach acid once again following with it. I was slowly getting intoxicated by Jacob's scent, so I refused to use my nose as a source of gaining oxygen. Gagging plus Jakey-boy was rough on my body; it couldn't get any worse right? He saw the sudden movement of my throat and darted out of the room. I wanted to ask what he was doing but my mouth couldn't form the words again. 5

In sixteen seconds, Jacob had a glass of water. He then walked to the other side of the room and got me an old Walmart bag. "Sorry, I should've listened to Ryan when he said you liked water when you woke up." He said, looking pained. I noticed that he was shaking slightly. "I will ask again," My words were hoarse, "Where's Ryan?" I said, coughing and taking the water greedily from his hands. I downed half of it in less then ten seconds, and he watched stunned. He finally answered, "He's at home, resting himself. He told me to do the best I could so that you could be better. I had to carry you all the way, but some things, he's right about. You're lighter than most people. A hundred and fifteen, right?" He asked, gaining a nod from me, "You don't feel it." He smiled, but I just got into a fetal position. I couldn't trust him, even if he was being so nice and trying to help. Ryan had asked him though, so I was positive this was fake hospitality. 6

I stayed in that position, closing my eyes and just wishing he would hurt me already. I felt him get dangerously close again, and I avoided looking up, in case the green eyes were trying to find mine. I only peeked a bit, seeing his hand go to my wrist. I felt his hot fingers try to find my pulse, yet at the same time he wanted to pull them back. My skin was freezing to him, evidently. I giggled quietly, hiding the smile with my free arm. "Your pulse is fine, although you're freezing..." Jakey-boy didn't like my core temperature. Cute. It was 94 outside, and here he was in the house, complaining about how cold I was. Kind of reminded me of Twilight, much to my distaste. Vampires and werewolves weren't going to get me out of this one. 7

I smiled sweetly, emerald orbs most likely enchanted by my grin. "I suppose you don't like that I am 95.8 then?" I said, the smile pulled into a pout now. I wouldn't mention the anemia; maybe he'd already figured that out though. "Ah, I knew you were skinny for a reason...anorexic? Anemic?" Jacob asked, inquiring for my answer. "Um...anemic..." Because of anorexia nervosa. Sigh. Something I wasn't going to tell him, ever though. He nodded and tilted his head. "Oh, another thing Ryan mentioned. Do you need anything to eat?" He examined for quite some time, almost as if he wanted to force me to gorge myself. But I wasn't hungry right now. I shook my head and curled up next to the bed. I didn't want to be here. He was lying about Ry-Ry. My boyfriend wouldn't just abandon me. Ever.8

There was another reason Jacob had me here. I couldn't comprehend as to why, but I knew he was planning something. His desire to know about me, using things like "Ryan said" and "Ryan made" were just things to say so I would believe him. But I knew better. Ryan was not stupid enough to let Jacob be clever at his own game. I had soon pieced together that Ryan wasn't even home yet. He was probably sitting on the sidewalk, or just now walking home. It wasn't that late right? The clock on Jacob's desk read 3:47. That meant we had band later. So he was keeping me here until then. Ry probably had no idea I wasn't up in town, but right next door. Then I heard a series of spurting knocks, the pulse reaching my ears. Jacob growled; he must of thought it was inaudible. "Let me get that" He said fast. 9

That meant don't follow. I knew that knock. I knew it like I knew my name. It was natural to know that Ryan tapped his hand on anyone's door like that. It was like a rhythmic beat I'd remembered the bass drums do in practice. I decided to follow anyways. I began to hear the light murmurs of voices; males. I then realized Nick and James were with Ry, asking if he knew where I was. I heard the sugar-coated lie slither out of his lips, and I almost thought they believed it. James did anyways, because he was already walking away. "Jacob...where the hell is she? Nick saw you carry her in here!" I knew it. I was correct, that he brought me here for a reason, which was still unknown. "I am telling you, she's not here" That stupid smirk. I walked agilely into the room, just as quiet too. Ryan saw my slim figure and grinned. "Well then, looked who lied! I knew it. Tell me, are you alright, my little Angell?" Ryan asked through the door. I nodded and looked at them, fearing what was next. 10

Jacob glared at me, and this time I saw it. Green eyes, locked with my dark ones. His lovable eyes, now producing hate. My demonic eyes, never blinking. Ryan knew what was wrong. He knew I was in the trance now. This was the moment Jacob wanted me to look, but I was still trying to figure out everything. 'Don't let him get to you' Ryan's golden-ringed gaze locked on me too now. I could see them both, and I knew that's what he wanted to say. "Jacob, I want to go with him" I tried to make my voice cute, giggling just a bit. 'That's my girl' He smiled to, relieved by my words. "You can't...you have band later" He said, trying to win. Not in my book..."Jacob, he'll take me back up there." 'Keep being cute, Angell. Exactly. Keep it up' Jacob still looked at me, and I pouted the best I could. It wasn't working, most likely. 11

Finally, I saw that he might give up a bit. "Come on Jacob! You're going out with Boonie! Think about what it'll look like if I come out of your house and go up to band with you" I bluntly said, my turn to glare. That made him stiffen. The demon girl was winning. I saw a group of crows fly across the street and land on the house in front of Jacob's. I giggled in my mind, the birds making a strange noise. Jake and Ryan heard it, then Nick turned with them. Ryan's face went smug; his little Angell was a demon sent from Hell. We were cute like that, making stupid names for me. They continued to stare outside for a moment. This was my chance. I walked silently behind Jakey-boy, hugging him from behind. "Come on Jacob. Please, for me?" I said seductively, in hopes it would get him even more. Bingo. "Fine...I understand. Take her, Ry" He said without hesitation, pushing my forward into the arms of my lover. 12

Ryan grasped me fast, Nick holding my book bag up. 'Thanks' I lipped to him and wrapped my arms around Ry. He lifted me up, afraid to let me go and let Jacob have me back. I could tell they were negotiating something through eye contact. I let go and jumped down, taking my book bag and running for Ry's house. Nick followed, something that surprised me, but I said nothing. I could hear Ryan's voice, booming at Jacob as I walked through the door. And as I walked straight into Ryan's room, I fell onto his bed. 13

And the darkness came back again.

    I liked it =]

I love your stories, but sometimes they seem...coinceited, lol.
There's just you and a bunch of guys, lol.
    I love you though.
The story was very nice. The only part that bothered me was that you used specific seconds to describe, which i never really a fan of, I like vague descriptions, lol.
