Just a daydream - or is it?

Celebrity crushes: they’re fake, not real, or never will happen.1

There was this one guy who was only beautiful in my eyes.2

Everyone said he was ugly and made fun of him.3

I thought he was so amazing!4

But I had to keep it a secret.5

Or I will be made fun of.6

I’d daydream about him all the time.7

He was perfect for me.8

I pictured us all the time as a couple.9

Somewhere deep down I knew nothing was there.10

No feelings for him.......just nothing.11

I knew he would never see me, meet me, or get to know me.12

But I knew so much about him!13

He was a great person......just everything to me.14

If he heard my name it wouldn’t ring a bell.15

He’d think of me as one of his crazy fans.16

I’d see and hear him every day and wish I knew him.17

I had fallen in love with him in my daydreams.18

But I knew I would never have a chance to fall in love with him in real life.19

I hate him but yet I love him so much.20

I will always love him as an inspirational person and a rock star.21

I did not love him in the same way I had thought I loved him.22

I will always love him and think he is so beautiful.23

But I have to face the facts.24

He is just my celebrity crush: it’s fake, not real, we never will happen.25

It hurts 26

    Wow, i feel that way too. But hopefully it will fade away for us. You captured what a lot of people feel towards their crushes.
