The perfect guy...

I've never found anyone who ticked all the boxes, but this would be my perfect guy:1

Number 1: Good teeth. 2

Seriously this is a must. The NHS has a brilliant dental service, use it! One of the first thing I notice about a guy is his teeth; This is probably because i'm a pretty short lass so i have to look up when they speak to me. And when a guy is talking, his mouth moves what do i see? Those pearly whites, or in some not so good cases pearly yellows! Seriously, a couple of years of braces are really worth the trouble.3

Number 2: Formal Dress4

Now i'm not saying you need to go shopping in a rented tux, but it is nice to see guys in formal dress. I'm a complete sucker for it. At a prom I went to i just completly melted when i saw one of my best mates in a suit. He'd find it weird if I'd told him but he looked so hot! Sophistication is my weak spot, any guy who smartens up would definately be a 'perfect guy candidate.5

Number 3: Sensative6

There's no need to cry at every little thing that happens or write long poetry to be considered sensative. I'm not often that impresed with big hench guys who work out all the time. I think it's really nice when a guy is not afraid to show you exactly how he's feeling, or accept hugs, or crys sometimes! i think it shows a deep level of maturity.7

Number 4: Sweet8

I'm a real romantic, as you could probably tell by the whole formal dress thing. And any romantic guy is usually sweet. By this I mean holding hands, buying you flowers and chocolates, sending you love letters. I could go on and on! I don't think there's enough of that romantic thoughfullness in society today and so many people would be a lot happier if guys were just a little but sweeter.9

Number 5: Respectful10

Just a general thing, anyone who doesn't respect me or my choices doesn't even get a look in. I also don't want a guy who just wants to grope you and therefore has no respect for a woman's body. Also anyone who would dump me just because i won't have sex before marriage, is incredibly unconsiderate and disrespectful.11

Number 6: Funny12

I'm not saying that if a guy can't make me laugh within 10 seconds of meeting him he wouldn't get a look in. All I mean is someone with a sense of humour! someone that's not afraid to laugh at himself or crack stupid jokes. Laughter, for me, is always the best medicine.13

Number 7: Good Listener14

As i'm sure everyone is aware girls like to talk, a lot! whether it's about ourselves, others or even deep phylosophical converstions we like people to listen and repond to us. I don't mean sit there with a vacant expression and nod occassionaly. I mean take an intrest in what weire saying, join in the conversation. And also, it's a bonus if you're a good shoulder to cry on when we're down!15

Number 8: Confident16

Now I don't like cocky arrogant people, but I do like people with a little confidence. Someone who knows exactly who they are and are proud of it. Speaking up is good do, no point in being monosylabic or gesturing instead of talking. Seriously confidence is a real turn on!17

Number 9: Honesty18

Obviously in any relationship, not just a romantic one, honesty is the best foundation. Be open and honest with your feelings, If you cheated and regret it, own up! You might not be forgiven, but you told the truth. And I'm sure Idon't just speak for myself when I say I'd have a lot more respect for you. Also if a guy was to break up with me I'd much rather he did it face to face, than the harsh 'ur dumpd' by text.19

Number 10: Hugs!20

Now this is completley from a personal point of view, but i need hugs! Any guy who is free with hugs I think shows a gentle and caring side. It also shows you want to be close to someone without getting overly physical and embarrising yourself. Also, hugs make you feel loved!21
