Violet Rebirth [Intro]

I couldn't help but shiver as I moved my body closer to his, pretending that I could still feel his heart, hear his breath. It was a little sadistic, being in love with a dead man. His skin as cold and hard as stone, his scent a little too sweet but faded. 1

To try and salvage what was left of my natural body heat, I pulled the sheet tighter around my disgusting body. As if he could read my thoughts, he spoke 2

"Your beautiful Alex."
I sneered, "Just because your a god now, doesn't mean you have to act like one. Honesty is still appreciated."
"I'm serious Alex," He rolled over and slowly kissed every inch of arm, then teased my shoulder with his tender tongue, "You are the most beautiful creature I have every laid eyes on."
Despite his attempts as romance, I snickered, ruining the mood as always. "Well I guess I would be, seeing as you spend your time around slimy demons." 3

Like I said, I ruined the mood. I ALWAYS ruin the mood. He stood up and pulled his pants back on. I smiled at how wonderfully they shaped his ass. He was indeed too perfect for me now. Why he stuck around I'll never know. Or accept. He turned to face me now, fully dressed.
"I love you Alex."
Great. An emotional goodbye. Something ELSE for me to ruin.
"I love you too..." I couldn't even speak his name, how pathetic.
I closed my eyes briefly to try and compose myself, but by the time I had, he was already gone, and the sun cast a beautiful violet tone across the early morning sky.
