Closing her eyes she took a deep aching breath. Placing her hand over her heart, the warm fluid began to seep through her fingers. falling to one knee she used her sword to balance herself Looking up into the red eyes of her attacker she began to slowly weep. Gasping for breath her life began flashing before her eyes. Slowly the images began to appear. Agony ripped through her at the image of her love. Her forbidden love, the match of her own light soul, its reflection in darkness. The though of leaving him behind to care for their your daughter made her scream out in anger. All her years wasted on what, a man who couldn't’t decided who he was and what it was he wanted. A man who took her over, controlled her every waking moment forbidding her to ever be anything more than his slave. She hated herself more now than ever. She allowed herself to become blind, to let true love pass her by. Thinking that her master loved her she continued to follow him until she saw the shadow of a man standing in the distance, His presence soothing her while a deep wanting grew. Always watching from a distance he knew his day would come and she made him wait far to long and she hurt them both deeply. Now to think of the short time they have spent in each others arms she has seen a waste it all has been up until the last few years. She knew it was to good to be true. She knew he would’t give her up that easy. Not willing to leave her love so soon and letting her daughter grow up without her she opening her eyes and looked up at her breathless attacker. She was fighting, and fighting hard. Ignoring the pain ripping through her body she once again raised her sword level to his eyes ready to once again fight.1
The sound of metal hitting metal awoke more images within her. The day she met her master. The joy he brought into her life. At that time he allowed her to call him Alagore and she was called Desmonia. She found herself falling madly in love with him and thought he was doing the same. He began to train her and build her abilities up. She wanted for anything, he gave her everything she ever wanted. But one day it all changed. After building her up to immortal standards. Standards he would never reach he used her one weakness against her. Her sister, Mariana. Taking her captive he offered Mariana’s safety for Desmona’s service. Not able to do anything else being bound she had no choice but to give in. With a blow to the face the deal was done and Desmonia was bound to him. She still loved him deeply and tried to change the situation. Help him, and at times escape. Until she met her dark lover her world was a painful lonely existence. Murder for hire as she called it. Slicing into his face she let out a throaty laugh. The same place she was struck on the dark day. Justice was being served and karma was making full circle. He was a worthy fighter this she knew. She had seen him fight many times and learned much from him. But he didn’t know the extent to her abilities she hid in fear of losing them to his control. Quickly losing patients she impaled him with her sword slamming him into wall. Hovering over him and he slowly tried to stand. pinning him down, she sat on his chest and placed a dagger to his throat and one to his heart. Looking into his eyes she began to cry once again. Frozen in fear unable to move he looked at her and began begging for what little life he had left.2
As she listened, the dagger slowly began digging into his neck. With every movement he made it cut deeper. Blood began to flow freely outside the wound and her senses began to flair. Closing her eyes she places her hand over his eyes and began to break her bounds. As if at once all the flood gates opened within her mind. All her once lost memories, emotions, images and her soul filled her. Lost within her own mind she only heard his screams as a distant sound in the wind. Her lovers smiling face holding her young daughter made her open her eyes. Once again breathless she looked down upon her master who was now withered and weak. Using her life’s energy as his life line he had nothing to live off of and was wasting away. Leaning down she licked the crimson flow and took it in leaving just enough for him to open his eyes and remain conscious. This she wanted him to remember even after death. Leaning into his ear she whispered the words of her hatred and his doomed future causing him to panic. Rising up she lifted him by his neck and showed him what awaited. He let out a small cry as the souls of those he ordered dead surrounded them. Many of them innocent souls and many now angry and vengeful. Throwing him into them she collapsed as they tore him to pieces and devoured his soul.3
The mass of souls parted from their feast as Draven began to walk towards Desmonia. Kneeling he looked down at Desmonia. Placing his arms under her he easily lifted her off the ground. Brushing the ash from her face and stopping the tears that once fell, he softly kissed her forehead. Her eyelashes began to flutter as the feeling of being lifted woke her. Opening her eyes she smiled softly at her love. She knew he was watching, waiting for her in the darkened tress to make her decision. Wanting to step in but letting her fight her own battle, she now was his and only his forever. As he slowly carried her home Desmonia drifted in and out of consciousness. Placing her on the bed he tended her wounds and waited patiently until she would wake again. Falling asleep in a chair beside the bed he drifted in and out of dreams, the sound Desmonia softly singing woke him. Opening his eyes his breath stopped short and his heart warmed. Sitting on the window seat looking out into the night Desmonia sat softly singing to the sleeping baby.4

Great story! I really enjoyed reading it and I loved the emotion that you portrayed.
Constructive Critisizm: It was a little stressful to read because most of your sentances are structured the exact same way- subject, verb, then direct object... try to mix up the sentance structure a bit for the reader.
Other than that, Good work! Did you happen to write anything else on Desmonia and her baby? -
