The Life And The End

Once upon a time a child was born. This child was called Paige Wynnel Blackwell. Paige was sent to an orphanage as soon as she was born.  She was adopted when she was 18 months. It was not a couple that adopted her but a man who had just lost his wife. Paige grew up with the man. She always called him her dad. When Paige started school she never fit in. Never had any friends. Of course Paige didn't really like people. She always felt as if she was so much different from them. When Paige turned 14 she found out that she was different. She awoke the morning of October 25 to find her faithful cat Babygirl in her face. She looked at Babygirl. Then noticed a letter tied around her neck. Paige took off the letter and read it, it said:1

Dear Ms. Paige Wynnel Bradley,2

We are please to inform you that you have a magical powers with in your body. There will be a couple of people here to pick you up from this mortal house. Yes this means you are immortal. You will be coming to are school in New Zealand. Please have your bags backed as soon as possible. The school year will begin on October 31. Yes that is Halloween. We can't wait to see what you hold in store for this new year.3

With this new found information Paige freaked. She knew how her dad felt about magic and stuff. She stuffed the letter under her pillow and got dressed. She walked out of her room. Her dad was not home. As always he was never around on her birthday. So she fixed breakfast for her self. When she was done she made sure her homework was in her bag. Then grabbed her key and left the house. She passed the truck that she was aloud to drive up the drive way cause her drive way was seven miles long. She got in the truck and turned the key. The truck was not perfect it had high mileage and was starting to rust ,but Paige loved the truck. She drove up to the top of the drive way were she packed the truck in its normal spot. Waiting for the bus to come. When the bus came Paige walked to the back of the bus where she sat to get away from the world.6
