There are many burning needles1
way too many of them to count2
when he talks I answer3
but not the way I want to4

Hiding them from his energetic ones6
He's brilliant and unafraid to speak7
I am shy and conserved, locked with in my own bounds8
Maybe, Im afraid of getting hurt?9
That is a possibility that I would consider with him10
