She watched him leave, his shoulders stiff, his head bent, his back turned to her. It seemed that he wanted to help, but for some reason thought he couldn’t. It was terrible seeing him like this. She wanted to hug him, but she was afraid. Afraid of being pushed away.

This is like a relapse in time for me, that brings back memories that should have been hidden away forever.
Ever heard of someone trying to hide the truth, when all they think is that the truth is a lie and a lie never really exists because there's no such thing as a truthful world.

Weird it is 50 words. huh.. guess technology cn'y always be trusted. I guess I would be afraid of being rejected or pushed away as well but this story is so touching! I felt the connection with these characters with every word I read. Well sone!
