Go Swampert!

Swampert immediately bent his limbs down and propelled Blastoise and all his weight into the air. He then quickly shot up and moved to the outer border of the arena to avoid Blastoise's range. As Swampert turn he was already facing an aerial hydro pump assault from his turtle like opponent. He took it directly to the face and was propelled out of the arena. 1

Blastoise used this time to land and stabilize himself on the ground. As Swampert again entered the fighting zone Blastoise had already fired two more shot of hydro pump. Swampert used his protect attack to defend against hydro pump then he quickly fired a mud shot with some mud he had brought from outside the arena. Blastoise wasn't fast enough to react in time and was blinded. Swampert used this opportunity to use take down but just as he got in range for it Blastoise fired a scattered blizzard. Swampert evaded but the attacked grazed his left leg freezing it solid. 2

The Turtlnator shook the mud from his face and launched his ice beam attack. The extra weight from the ice on Swampert's leg slowed him too much to avoid and he too the assault directly. Swampert was frozen solid. 3

At least that was the assumption Blastoise and his trainer had made. But when they investigated closer they saw that the block of ice was empty and sitting atop a hole. Then! Out of no where, Swampert emerged from the ground under Blastoise and used a fierce mega punch to uppercut Blastoise and lay him out! Victory, lay to the frog.
