Burning. Singeing, and boiling.1
bubbling to the brim.2
heat and fire, coals alight in my chest3
cheeks are sweltering4
temperature's soaring.5
losing control.6
fighting the urge to scream.7
obscenities.8
got rotting.9
stomach turning.10
rising up in the back of the throat11
a lump of what feels like bone.12
or steel.13
red hot steel, almost molten.14
stiffening limbs, tension builds.15
ready to erupt.16
magma, coming to the surface.17
smoke, ash, dirt, decay.18
fighting to escape.19
hold it down20
bury it away21
deep inside22
in the core23
where it aches24
when it escapes25
anger.26

Wow this is really good - a lot of very descriptive words here that you have used to describe anger. I am not sure if I would have liked each line to be capitalised but it doesn't make it any less powerful that you haven't. You have a great choice of words here and described anger in a way I haven't seen it described before so well done to you! A good poem that I thoroughly enjoyed reading and thank you for entering. Good Luck!
