Do I love you? (part two)

"Emma, I love you so much." Jason said.  "So much," he repeated.  He was waiting for an answer.  We had been standing there for at least ten minutes.  "Jason," I said. "I don't know what to say."  I was speachless.  I remembered the first time he said he liked me, but never thought he still did.2

-8 months ago-3

Jason and I were walking to school talking about math and all of our classes.  4

"Emma, can I talk to you about something?" he asked.  All of a sudden there was an awkward silence.  "I like you," he said.  "I like you alot."  5

We arived at school so I had no chance to answer.  The bell rang.  "I'm late," I said.  I ran inside the school as Jason just stood there like he was waiting for a reply.  I felt so bad for just leaving him there, but I knew my teacher would yell at me if I didn't go to class now.  Jason never brought that up again.6
