She was rocking up and down. She felt sick and there was a throbbing pain in her head. There was still darkness around her, so it was hard to see. She could make out that it was late night and she was in a moving vehicle; more of a bad roller-coaster ride. Her surroundings were beginning to hop into view and she was able to take in properly. She sat up straight. She seemed to be in the back of some sort of jeep. Must be a police jeep, she thought. Sitting up, she could see who were sitting in the front seat. Lawood was driving and Alphrood was sitting beside him, going through a magazine. If she hadn’t known them to be dangerous criminals, she would have taken them to be nice guys. Suddenly, Alphrood turned around and looked at her.1
“Alright, Hina? Must be bad sitting there with no company. We would have snatched a few kids along the way to keep company to my best friends daughter, if only we had the time.” He sneered at her.2
But Hina was speechless. The idea of Alphrood and Lawood kidnapping was just too horrible.3
“What are you thinking about, little girl? You’ll soon be joining your family. This should be a great day for you”4
Before Hina could say a word, Lawood spoke in his rough voice.5
“It’s not going to be our good day. Look who’s coming.”6
Lawood stopped the jeep. Up on the road ahead, another jeep had hailed them to stop. Coming towards them was another Police officer and by the look on him, a strict one.7
“Evening, Lawood.” Said the big, burly officer. Then his eyes fell on Hina’s terrified ones. He gave her a strange look before continueing “And where are you taking the kid?”8
“Evening, Sir. She is my daughter, back there… Really ill…doesn’t eat much…taking her to the doctor…”9
“Oh yeah, that’s not what I’ve heard. And who is that sitting beside you? Ah, our great criminal, Alphrood. Thinking of escaping, Alphrood? Maybe not! Men, take them in.”10
At once the car was surrounded by uniformed and armed soldiers, all pointing their guns towards Alphrood and his companion. The good officer came and told me to get off the jeep while the two criminals were taken back to the police.11
What happened next, I don’t know. It was like being in a dream. I was escorted to my favorite aunt’s house, to spend the rest of my life there. And well…I don’t know who Lawood or Alphrood was, or why my parents were murdered. But Inspector Johnson (the good officer) promised to tell me if I took my aunt and her kids to be my new family. And I did! All’s well that ends well!12

Hey, stories don't have endings. An Ending might be a begining to a new story...
