Author notes
This poem is in Hebrew and so the alphabet is different. I put it into English letters as best I could but if you would like the translation here it is:
I sit by myself, under the trees,
My eyes are closed, arms around knees.
It is peaceful here, and I don't understand,
Why it can't be as peaceful in the foreign land
Where they fight all the time, everyone is afraid,
Where millions and millions of dead are laid.
I don't want to leave my haven, to go back to war,
But I know that I have to in order to soar.

This was beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.
It flowed excellently, and the words reveal a wonderful message.
A lot of wisdom in this, and of course, beauty.
Excellent job and good luck!
