Old civilization chap 3 2/3

Carlos was sprinting into the streets near his house, turned the corner down the hill, there were 2 squares away from taking the bus, he was fast, but not fast enough to cath a bus at 2 squares away in less than 10 seconds, ¨i have to catch this bus if not, ill get late... IF I GET LATE I WONT BE ABLE TO MAKE THE FINAL EXAM!!¨, he thought. his heart was beating fast as he runned, he was starting to feel his legs was going slower than they normally do, but he didnt payed attention to it, suddenly the amuleth started to glow, he watched at the amuleth and he stopped frozen, he stared at the amuleth that as it started to glow, it stopped, he was watching the amuleth, then a voice behind him said, ¨are you coming or what?¨, then he turned and at his back was the bus, his eyes got wide and big, he couldnt believe what have just happened, he was stepping and got in the first seat, but his sight wasnt going back to normality, it was insane, how could he go that fast from there to over there, he couldnt understand1

-hey, anyone there?-said a girl waving her hand infront of his eyes2

-Camaxtli...-said Carlos3

-wake up Carlos, or ill have to bite you very hard this time- said the girl wich also was his girlfriend4

-Camaxtli is...-said Carlos, he couldn´t hear anything thant his mind going insane5

-ok then- the girl put her hand around his chin and pulled his face to her and then he bited his lips so hard that they started to bleed, then she let go- are you awake?6

-one more- he said with a stupid face, but he was normal now-hehehe7

- no untill you explain me why you were like that?- asked the girl aproaching to him with those eyes that order the truth-please-she added 8

-you won´t believe me, becouse when i told you about the spriti stuff that my sensei was teaching me, you didn´t believed then, why you should believe now?, besides, check out the gift he gave me-.9

he showed her the amuleth that his sensei gave him, the girl showed a false likening to the amuleth, he just smiled back and hug her, like that all the way from the bus to downtown passed by, in downtown they run into few friends and talked, they were sorry that they didnt organized a party for his birthday, he said it was okay and all that. After that, when they were into the school and then to their classroom...10

he said that before he entered the classroom, then everyone jumped trowing lil pieces of colored papers screaming surprise!!, he only stared at his girlfriend like saying, i told you that i didnt wanted a party, damn it!, then she just chuckled and pushed him, he shocked into the table, he saw a flash back when Camaxtli got the staff in his body, then when the girlfriend aproached the flash back come again, he saw when the sorceress kissed him and simple let him die, the voices in his head was growing louder like if they were in the classroom.12

-dont let her kiss you, she´ll kill you if you let her do it...-and the phrases were going and coming in his mind13

-get away from me- he pushed his girlfriend- stop, shut up- he was covering his ears with his hands, but the voice just got louder- stop, she wont hurt me, she loves me- his eyes were getting wide, like if there was something, some energy in his mind, but it was hurting him-14

-please calm down Carlos, you are scaring us, please- the sweet voice of his girlfriend stunned him, he was frozen, in his mind there was only one word, Carlos, he was Carlos not Camaxtli, the story won´t repeat again15

he finally calmed down, he look over everyone, they were staring at him very weird, and his girlfriend was... her eyes were filled with terror16

everyone started laughing with him, and his girlfriend started to punch him becouse he was a meanie, only he knew that, the soul inside this can be.. or very bad, or very good, but he have to find that out
