blue eyes to kill

I always lay here as if I don't notice you.1

I lay quietly as if i don't want to wake you.2

i keep my back to you to hide me emotions.3

my pillow becomes wet from the tears of happiness.4

i curl into a ball as if i was afraid.5

I push the covers towards you as if i wasn't cold.6

i hold my breath and try to hear yours.7

Instead I hear a soft wimper,,,but its not me.8

I stay still as if i don't hear your cry.9

I close my eyes as if i wasn't curious.10

I turn around for a peek... your back is to mine.11

I reach out and touch your shoulder... "what's wrong?"12

I grind my teeth as if i don't know the answer.13

I pull my hand away as if i was rejected. 14

We sit up and i stare into your beautiful blue eyes.15

"i love you" you say. and i can't help but laugh.16

"i love you too" i wisper. 17

I lay here in your arms as if there wasn't a problem in the world. 18

I put my head on your chest as if you were a pillow.19

I carefully listen to your heartbeat...20

hey... uhm yeah. its me again. just wanted to say hey. i wrote this at 3 in the morning when i couldnt sleep. "you know you're in love when you can't sleep because reality has become better than your dreams" Dr. Suess. i love you Ben

    LoLz nice!! You know what the sad thing is? Well you wrote like this on purpose (for the contest) but one of my good friends writes like this!!! No Joke. It's so hard to read her stories because it is so hard reading the "I this" "I that" the wrod "I" begins every sentence. I never told her though. Haha but I loved this! Good Job

    Cute! Oh so wonderfully cute! So cute it made me want to throw up!!! Oh yes, and the <3 at the end was a charming touch. Hmmm...I wonder what the moral of the poem is?
