Dogs and Foxes ( First of April )

In the gardens, near the meadows edge where I saw you sitting. To from then that day Our hearts would be one, on that wonderful summer day. As Time slips by us so fast, I still recall the feeling of the warm breeze that day. Brushing through your hair so softly. Oh what a joy a tender memory I hold in my heart, to which I'll never let slip away from me.1

From small children we were in love, at the sight of each other's smile. Forever we were from that moment, as one we walked down. The great lane of love, that grew like the prophetic words we read in stories. As your eyes glowed with Love, I Kissed your cheek and you were mine. The rise of the morning sun gleaming so bright, in your eyes. You reached through the darkness bestow; deep within my heart. And you held my hurting heart in your hands, and mended my sorrows I weeped so weary from. 2

But the seasons in the trees, pass us by. Dont ask me why days when happiness, Is at its most in our broken hearts; It never lasts no more than tomorrows rising dawn. And as the days grow shorter, our love we shared so heavenly; Why has those we feared to tear us apart, move from far away to where we stand at now.3

Now the sweet days of Romance and passion; Has now become a distance road we now look down of, "fading love that once was...".4

Our eyes filled with tears, as we weep we shared together the moment of giving life. To the apple tree at that same spot at the meadows edge, Where we first met. We shared smiles to each others sorrows. But as we become tall and the christmas trees, we walk upon grow small. I watched our apple tree, slowly die as its apples fell to the ground. And I recall each moment they falled, For I guess this what a weeping man of loosing love so true does.5

But as the winters grow cold and the trees stand bare, the words you spoke to my crying heart; keep me warm inside so I dont Loose faith in us. But come first of April, we will cry forever on. 6

Where has the sea taken you to, my love. Will the roses I smile to, that held my love for you; wont give in to die without a fight. But as I stand, just where you did I watch the apple tree that we once gave life too. Grow with beauty once more. Is this a sign from the spirits of heaven to which, you walk from where you ran too leaving with both our hearts crying in sadness.7

At first of april, I see you not my tears grow heavy as the flowers in the garden die. I loose the will to live, for hope is lost i see you not in my arms again; But in the dreams of the memories we shared.8

But no matter the distance, that stands between us I will always love you with all my heart; And here you stay forever on in my heart and soul of memory I will never forget.9
